Boiled an egg for dinner tonight. One end split open as soon as the egg hit the boiling water, so quite a bit of it bubbled out and cooked, exo-shell. Here's the end result. Looks kind of like a snowman, doesn't it?
And yes, those crumbly bits you see at the top are salt crystals. I sprinkled some on and was just about to eat it when Todd remarked that it looked like a snowman, which gave me the idea for today's photo :-)
